General terms for reservation of the rooms and cottages !
- Children under
2 years of age stay free of charge.
- Unless
agreed in advance, the rooms and cottages are available from 1600 on the day of
arrival and should be vacated by 1200 on the morning of departure.
- We request a deposit of 25% to confirm
your reservation.
- Deposits can be paid in euros by cheque,
bank transfer or secure Paypal (through a Paypal account or by credit card).
- The balance in euros, payable upon
departure can be made by cash, cheque, bank card or credit card.
- For exclusive hiring of the house,
please pay the balance by bank transfer one month before arrival.
- In the case of cancellations, deposits will
be refunded in full if the accommodation is re let.
- Well behaved pets are welcome subject
to prior agreement with the owners.
- For the comfort of all our guests, please
refrain from smoking in the rooms. Smoking areas are available.
